Forms:

• Architectural Control Improvement Request Form - The Architectural Control Improvement Request Form must be submitted to and approved by the Board before the start of any improvement on any lot.
• Proxy Form - The Proxy Form is to be used for absentee votes at the annual General Meeting or any other special meeting. (Absentee voters must complete a new form before each annual General Meeting.)
• Resident Input Form - The Resident Input Form (RIF) should be used to inform the board of various problems, to make suggestions and to assist them in finding solutions.
