The Sunshine Meadows neighborhood is located just south of Prairie Avenue between Ramsey and Atlas Roads in beautiful Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. Well-kept green spaces and walking paths are among the amenities this neighborhood offers. A two-acre park is in the planning stages and is scheduled to be completed in the fall of 2008.

The Sunshine Meadows Owners Association maintains this site to keep our residents up to date on association business and community activities. Your participation is important to us as we work to make this a safe and inviting neighborhood in which to live and play.
